British Educational Suppliers Association
BESA is a trade association founded in 1933 with over 300 members which include manufacturers and distributors of equipment, materials, books, consumables, furniture, technology, ICT hardware and digital content – all to the education market.
BESA members supply to UK and international markets, across the curriculum and at all levels from early years to FE and vocational training. The total turnover of BESA members is in excess of £1.8 billion. BESA members offer buyers peace of mind by subscribing to a Code of Practice.
Each year since 1984, BESA has organised the annual British Education and Training Technology exhibition (BETT show) in London in January.
