I worked for the lab from 1998 (on the Tesco SchoolNet 2000) through the Talking Heads introduction in 2000 and then the online NCSL programmes - NPQH and Leading from the Middle. I then became heavily involved in the development of Ultraversity and the lab's postgraduate provision. I led the MA programme until I left to join the School of Education at Nottingham Trent University in September 2005.
