Tom Smith's Profile Description

Tom Smith stumbled across Ultralab when the lab was based in Brentwood in the early ninties.  Tom went on to undertake many cool projects, bringing visual, user oriented and animated spins to our developments. His major project was 'Spinalot', an early content management framework for online community to flourish.

Tom now works for the Other Media, a new media organisation in London, but has been seconded to the lab in 2004 to work first at Ultralab North for a month, followed by a month at Ultralab South in New Zealand, now CORE education. In the secondment he helped us make sense of blogs, Google juice and how to use the web effectively.
